Development of guidelines on application of standard, new, and advanced metal, nonmetal, and structural composites, on the basic design improvement, provision and improvement of aircraft performance characteristics, static and dynamic strength, aircraft life, systems operation safety, improvement of flight experiment safety and provision of the safe operation according to the technical state, improvement and finishing of aircrafts in compliance with the results of inspections and flight development tests, and evaluation of the technical state and air worthiness of certain single aircrafts.
