At the end of October 2018, a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of FSUE “SibNIA named after S.A. Chaplygin" was held on the results of the 1 stage of the Research Scientific Work "Aerodynamic development of propellers and propfans with electric drive for transition aircrafts under the AR-23 (Aviation Regulations); computational research of the local airlines (LA) advanced aircrafts rational parameters, improvement of aerodynamic and flight performance of the LA aircrafts using power methods for incremental lift generation” (code “MA Complex”).
In the process of manufacturing of a high-speed prototype - technology demonstrator - with a capacity of 19 seats for local and regional airlines and clarification of working construction documentation (WCD), the estimation of the fatigue strength and survivability characteristics of the designed structure is carried out. The WCD for a high-speed prototype demonstrator for 19 seats for the local airlines is also presented.
This work results are intended to generate rational parameters of advanced LA aircrafts with the electric drive power plants, to evaluate aerodynamic and flight performance of LA aircrafts with the use of power methods of incremental lift generation during take-off and landing.
